Sean Core

CPA

Sean has over 25 years of accounting and tax experience.

He is a graduate of Arizona State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree with emphasis in accounting.

He is a licensed CPA in Arizona.

Sean has experience in individual and business tax preparation to complex real estate transactions such as 1031exchanges.

Lysa Osburn

Accounting Specialist

Lysa has over 20 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience. She has worked in both corporate and public accounting.

She holds an Associate’s degree from Chandler/Gilbert Community College.

She can provide services in accounting, payroll, sales tax and individual and business tax.

Matt Moore

Tax Specialist

Matt has over 20 years of accounting and tax experience.

He worked with the Internal Revenue Service as a Revenue Agent.

He is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

He has extensive experience with individual and business clients.

Sheilah Smith

CPA

Sheilah has over 25 years of public accounting experience and has worked with the international accounting firms KPMG LLP and Deloitte Tax LLP.

She is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Europe, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from Arizona State University. She is a licensed CPA in Texas and Arizona.

She has extensive experience in individual taxation for high wealth individuals, international assignees (U.S. expatriate & U.S. inpatriates).
